Affordable friendly helpful. Leah went out of her way to accommodate me. The balloon was too large to get in my car. We tried she allowed me to go get a bigger vehicle and come back.

Ultimate party store has so much incase you are planning a birthday party, baby shower, in-house bash, graduation party, anniversary bash and many more. It’s actually far from me but going there for the first time was worth it. Staff are friendly and very helpful when you want to locate an item in the store. The store is neat and well arranged. I recommend this place for your events.

It’s very rare for me to leave a one-star review, but I was disappointed by the attitude of one of the associates during my recent visit. I purchased costumes for my wife and myself, but the costume inside the bag didn’t have a size label, even though the bag said “Medium.” I understood that sales were final, so I mentioned to the cashier that I wasn’t trying to return it — I just wanted to confirm the size since it didn’t seem to match the label. He kindly said an exchange would be fine. The next day, we came back to exchange it, but many costumes were already sold, and it was difficult to find a good match. While we were still looking, one of the associates spoke to us with a tone and attitude that felt unnecessarily rude. That was disappointing, especially since we’ve always had positive experiences in Hendersonville. I don’t like leaving low ratings, but I hope management can use this feedback as an opportunity to improve customer service.
