I ordered few balloon bouquets for a birthday party we had at Amici Restaurant. Wow Factor helped me with ideas, provided several options and communicated well regarding pricing, delivery and set up. I will definitely use them again!

Great customer service! I called last minute to get a small balloon bouquet, told them I was in a time crunch, sent me photos while I was on the phone of displays they made that day (would have made one fresh in 15 minutes but, again I was in a hurry) She offered to text me the address and told me to look out for the old motorcycle out front so I found it quickly. Thanks to the ladies that helped me :)

Wow Balloons did an amazing job for Walmarts Grand opening celebrating and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing balloons for graduation/weddings/ birthdays. They are very professional and helpful. I definitely will be using there service in the future.
