3 years agoOrdered two machines for an event I was hosting. Prices are reasonable and the service was amazing. We did have a small hiccup with one of the machines but he came out immediately and took care of it. If you're thinking of doing it I recommend just taking the plunge and ordering it. Will 100% use them in the future!

a year agoTropical Freeze is awesome!! Amazing customer service and support and the drinks are incredible. I rented the Tropical Freeze machine for a surprise party for my wife. Rob was incredibly helpful , gave great suggestions on drink choices, and even went out of his way to make sure the delivery of the machine did not ruin the surprise. The pina colada and strawberry daiquiris were a HUGE hit. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TROPICAL FREEZE!!!!

a year agoWe rented a double machine for my daughter’s gender reveal. We chose Blue Hawaiian and Frose’ so the colors were pink and blue. Both were delicious. The owner was prompt and courteous. He set everything up and got it going ahead of time so that it was ready to go for the party. He came back the next day to pick it up. We will definitely rent from Tropical Freeze again.

4 years agoWish I could give more than five stars! Great product and service! I’ve used another vendor in the past but this one is far superior! Rob was always accessible and I love that he actually mixes the product for you. Delivery and pick up were on time and seamless. Everybody raved about the two selections: Margarita and Hurricane. This is a great way to add a whole new level of fun to your party!

3 years agoTropical Freeze is my go-to frozen concoction provider at all of the (many) events for which we entertain family and friends! The flavors are delicious and the service is unbeatable. The question is not whether or not to rent from him, the question is which flavor(s) should you get! Rob always has great recommendations! Book it!
