I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unprofessional enough that it needs to be shared. I contacted this company for draping services and asked very basic questions any client would ask before spending thousands of dollars: examples of past work, confirmation of the color requested, and a clear explanation of what I would be paying for. Instead of providing a portfolio or showing actual installations, I was told I needed to book and pay first just to see how it would look. When I tried to clarify details, the responses became dismissive and defensive rather than informative. There was no attempt to walk me through the process, no visual proof of capability, and no effort to earn my business. Being told essentially to β€œpay first” without transparency is not how professional event vendors operate. To make matters worse, the communication came across as condescending rather than helpful. Clients asking questions should not be treated like an inconvenience. This is a service-based industry, and customer experience matters just as much as the final product. I ultimately chose another company that was able to immediately provide photos of their work, discuss design options professionally, and actually collaborate instead of pressure. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and seeing what you're investing in before committing, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before booking here.

I gave two stars because they were able to accommodate us on short notice and I appreciated that. However; I was quoted a time for delivery for after 7pm, they should’ve said after 9 in the first place since they arrived at 9:45pm. We were charged $285 for delivery, l had to to bring them in ourselves and $35 for cleaning fee and the tables were filthy when they arrived!!! The lady who delivered them told us to just put tablecloths on them. I asked to be reimbursed for some of the delivery fees and the cleaning fee and was told they don’t do reimbursements. I will not be using their service again, no matter how last minute it is.

Michael is the best! Order, Pick Up and Execution has been tremendous. I always have small events and Nola Party Rental has been my go to. Ordering from them has taken my intimate events to the next level! The service with Michael is consistent and he's easy going. The staff I've met has been really friendly and helpful.

Never will rent from them again I rented a table and 13 chairs the table was broken and there was only 12 chairs. She called me a liar and said that I broke the table. I called them right away to let them know my event had to be canceled very rude never, will I ever go there again I do not recommend. See another lie you do not deliver to me. The Customer service is amazing with them, when I lived in New Orleans they did all of my events and I can honestly say they are the best New Orleans has, you guys wont regret getting any service from them! 5 stars all the way! πŸŽ‰
