I’m not a review writer, but I must say, this company is the best! We had such a good experience with them! It was a last minute idea to rent a bounce for the daughter birthday party and they immediately answered and listed to us all available options. It was super quick and easy to make a reservation and pay. Delivery guys today were super nice! They brought absolutely clean bounce and set it up super quick! All kids are happy and had a wonderful fun time! Thank you guys for absolutely amazing experiences! Definitely will recommend you guys to all my friends!

I had a great experience the first time I rented from this company. The pricing was reasonable, and they adhered to the delivery and pickup times outlined in the paperwork. Unfortunately, my second experience was not as positive. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I want to share my experience. I rented a bounce house with a requested start time of 4:00 PM for a party beginning at 4:30 PM, and I specifically requested an overnight rental. I was charged for a 24-hour rental period. However, the bounce house was delivered at 8:30 AM on the day of the party and picked up at 8:30 AM the following morning. As a result, my children did not receive the full intended use during the time we actually needed it, despite being charged for a full 24 hours. I also acknowledge that I share some responsibility in this situation. The website does state that pickup may occur between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. However, if that is the case, I do not feel it is appropriate to charge a full 24-hour fee when my requested rental start time was 4:00 PM. While I recognize that I could have reviewed the contract more carefully, I do have written documentation of my requested timeframe. Based on this experience, I do not plan to use this company again.

Super easy booking with this company. We rented out a water slide for a birthday party and the delivery was great and so was the pickup. It was nice that they put out a tarp under the water slide and that they gave us some recommendations as to where to put the slide. Everything went well with our water slide and the kids had a awesome time! Would definitely rent from them again.

We have used this company for years for many of our parties and they have always been great with communication! The slide was used mostly for 18 year olds boys and it was plenty sturdy. They arrive on time, slides/jumpers are always clean, and their crew is professional. They are also great with chair add-on purchases. Set up and tear down went great.
