Bounce Genie has a fantastic site and was super easy to deal with. I called since I was having an issue figuring out how to book for the weekend and they walked me through it quickly and hassle free. They called to coordinate a drop off timeframe and on drop off day communicated and arrived promptly. Couldn’t ask for better service. The water slide rental was amazing and everyone enjoyed their time. Thank you so much and I will absolutely book again in the future.

The delivery was seamless! They were pleasant to work with and timely. Everything ran without a hitch. The slide was as promised and everyone had a great time! Pickup was first thing the morning after my event and also went off perfectly. Would use this company again and would recommend to anyone! The slide was clean and in great shape.

Impeccable communication, friendly workers, and generous beyond words! I was lucky to have early delivery so my kids got to enjoy it for an additional day. It was truly a hit and kept the kids entertained for hours. These are commercial style slides so they’re the real deal, despite this being their “smaller” water slide it was still exhilarating enough for a bunch of 4 year old boys! Highly recommend this company.
