What an incredible experience from start to finish with Jump Around Bounce Houses! We had a red race at theme for my son’s first birthday and I wanted to find a bounce house to fit the theme. I sifted through 20-30 bounce house companies that had nothing but basic looking houses that didn’t match the theme at all. Finally I found Jump Around and their selection was SO impressive! They literally have a bounce house for any theme you can think of! Communication was incredible, they texted me to let me know when they were on the way for both drop off and pick up. Service was friendly and truly caring. You can tell they take great pride in their business and all of that hard work is reflected to the customer. This was a top notch experience and I will 100% be using them again for any future parties!

Absolutely AMAZING experience! From start to finish, Willy Neb and team was professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. The bounce house was spotless! seriously, everything was so clean and in perfect condition. Even the machines. Cotton candy was also spotless. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer experience. Setup was smooth, on time, and completely smooth. The kids had the best time! I’ll definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their event extra special. Thank you!!!!!

We rented a Hello Kitty Bounce House/slide combo for my daughter’s 8th birthday today and Jump Around Bounce Houses delivered! They arrived early and the bounce house was set up with care. It was in impeccable condition, and upon pick up it was easy to see why their inflatable are in such great shape. They cleaned it on the spot and took great care in making sure it was going to be ready for the best persons rental! First time I have ever seen a bounce rental company do that. That says a lot about the company and their integrity! They clearly care for their inflatables and this translates to the customer! With previous rentals from other companies we have had them show up faded, dirty, dingy and not like the photos. They communicate well with their customers and even accommodated a little bit later pick up time. We will definitely use them again for our next bounce house/inflatable needs. If you’re on the fence about using JA bounce houses, just do it!
