UPDATE—The owner seems to misunderstand the situation. She claims the balloons last 14 hours, but ours didn’t even last 12—they started losing their float after about 8 hours. Regarding her comment about passengers in my Palisade, yes, my kids were with their father while getting breakfast. He picked up the first set of balloons she had finished working on, brought them home, and then went back with no passengers to pick up the rest. At no point did we call to cancel the order, so I’m unsure why the owner is mentioning cancellation. My husband ordered a little over 50 balloons for January 25th—- he went to pick them up at 10AM. She said she canceled the ordered and gave him a store credit. Not sure who wants a $219 balloon credit. Anyway she was able to get the balloons done by 11AM. The problem is that they don’t last the stated 12 hours. They stopped floating 6 hours after pickup. Not worth the money or customer service you get.

Ordered some balloons online for my daughter's birthday because they were the only place I could find the elf on a shelf and the balloons were terrible quality. The foil “3” had holes in it when I went to blow it up, which I used tape to get it to blow up but wouldn’t hold air. I blew up the elf on a shelf and overnight it blew a hole in it and the helium didn’t hold in any of the confetti balloons and dropped almost immediately after blowing them up. I don’t have cats and the balloons have been in the package they were shipped in since I got them. I wrote them to let them know these issues and never heard back. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Great prices. Reliable and communication was great! I picked up my own arrangement and when I got home I told them one popped. I had to make another trip to the store so they gave me extra balloons and sticky tape to replace the popped balloons. This will definitely be my go to moving forward! Thanks making my sons party look extra special.

We came in today to get a gender reveal balloon and the service and quality of our purchase did not disappoint. The owner paid special attention to details to ensure our surprise wasn’t easily revealed. Thank you Gonzales Balloons being apart of our special moment.
