Absolutely outstanding experience! The equipment looked brand new and was exceptionally clean and well maintained. From choosing our unit to the final pickup, this was hands down the best experience we’ve had in Central Florida—and we’ve been renting for over 15 years. The delivery, setup, and pickup team was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, both in appearance and in how they interacted with us. Bounce Orlando offers amazing value, but more importantly, they deliver an experience that’s truly fun and stress-free. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be using them again.

What an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We had 2 different crews for pickup and drop off as we last minute decided to extend the rental overnight. They were awesome about adjusting our pickup to the following day and accommodating our late request. Both crews we saw were awesome- helpful, efficient and courteous. Also, the waterslide was clean and amazing. Kids from 4 to 13 LOVED it and the adults also had a ton of fun on it. Really a great experience. We will 100% be renting from Bounce Orlando again.

We have had the pleasure of renting bounce houses for the past 2 years from Bounce Orlando for our kid’s birthdays. They are so much fun! The kids absolutely love them. We have loved how easy it is to rent a bounce house for our parties and how smooth communication is. They have always been timely and helpful. We will surely be working with Bounce Orlando again and we would recommend to others!

Bounce Orlando truly came through for us in a big way. With less than 48 hours notice, on the Sunday before Christmas, they stepped in and helped save our event. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and completely stress free, which is saying a lot given the timing. Their team was responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating, and the bounce house was a huge hit with families. We were so grateful for their flexibility and willingness to help when we really needed it. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their community. If you are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional company, especially when you are in a pinch, Bounce Orlando is it. We cannot recommend them enough.
