Not only was the arch absolutely stunning but they also delivered it to Erwin which is more than an hour away from Knoxville. Jacob and Jennifer were professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about their work. They made the entire process stress-free! 6 months agoWe hosted our networking holiday party and were looking to elevate the decor this year and were seeking a photo op moment. Balloon studio did such a great job working with our ideas and specs and making it a reality. Smooth scheduling and set up and the photo piece was one of the real highlights. Will definitely work with again in the future.

8 months agoI had to find a balloon vendor for a last minute balloon arch and I ended up finding the BEST one in Knoxville! Balloon Studio treated me like a friend, had amazing response time, and got me exactly what I needed for significantly less than its local competitors. I sent in a picture and got exactly what I wanted, even though I thought my picture was quite complicated haha. I will be using them again!!

9 months agoThis company was amazing! I came into town for our daughters 21st birthday and had contracted them to do balloons for the event. The communication was amazing. They went above and beyond from the start, checking out the venue and locating the perfect place to put the balloons prior to the event. The day of the event everything was set up perfectly and looked amazing. They are also the nicest people ever! Highly highly recommend them!
