7 years agoDo not do not use them. I hired them for my sons 13th birthday. They were good up to the day of the event. The were suppose to do a site check to confirm what we ordered would work. Upon arrival they could not fit it in my yard. I spoke to the onsite supervisor and he asked if the sales person ever came on site and I said no. He advised this was suppose to be done prior the the event. When I called and ask to speak to the manager I was ignored. DO NOT USE THEM...

6 years agoThey are the worse!!!! I had an event recently and Maritza - rep- really tries to get more money with extra charges making excuses for anything. She did the preparation process really hard for me and I wanted to cancel but I had already paid the deposit. I will never ever use them again!!!

3 years agoAll Star was setup at the July 4th party in Boca Raton. Event was awesome but AllStar Events rides were more than half broken. The staff/ride operators were incompetent and we had to find a Spanish speakers just to help us communicate with some of them. One operator kicked 2 4 year old girls off one ride to let a group of teenage boys jump the line and ruin the experience for the kids.Overall, if this company is doing a party you are going too, try find somewhere else to go.

6 years agoMy family and myself went to the Wellington Fall Festival today as we always do. Today there was an employee of this company (bald head tattoo on his right side of his neck, stalky) and I asked him a question about how many lines their were for the βKline Wallzβ and he was so unprofessional disrespectful because I was questioning what they were doing. Long story short, there was a family with 4 children they all did 1 side of the wall and then walk over to the other side of another wall and skipped everyone on line. So I ask them βhow many lines are there. In which, was my incident with the guy in the previous paragraph. Other parents was complaining and so was all the kids behind me because, obviously all the kids wanted to do the same (climb both walls but were told that they had to go to the back of the line) in which is fair, however they let this one family of 4 climb both walls at once. Further more, the employee who work for this company was super rude and unprofessional, I will voice my concerns with the Village and let them know how unprofessional the guys was, and since that happened my review is a 1, because as a business owner my self i would never let this happen in my company.
