We have used Action Promos and events for many years. Jeff and Cheryl always go above and beyond to make sure our events are a success!. Highly Recommend.

We used them for our fall festival. We were missing lights and prizes on our game booth rentals but it was too late to do anything at the actual event so we did what we could with our personal lights and candy. I let them know at the event it was missing and they just said to contact them after. Of course now they won’t answer our inquiries and I’ve tried reaching out several times. We wanted to see if we could work something out and use them in the future but they ghost you if there is an issue. So I wouldn’t recommend.

We used Action Promos and Events in November for a retirement party. I have to admit, at first I was scared that it was a scam, but it was the complete opposite. Cheryl addressed all of my questions. They made accommodations when needed. Delivered when they said they would. Provided quality equipment. I definitely would use them again.

Had a amazing time today at our community summer event. Ice cream was amazing. My kids absolutely loved the water slide. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. They also had the most delicious Mexican cantina food truck !

We have been using Action Promos and Events for the last few years for all of our events at Abundant Life Church. They are so great to work with!! Always reliable, dependable and willing to work with any budget. Jeff and Cheryl are the best!
