4 years agoI learned a lot,ate,danced and enjoyed myself. They really have good people in high places here. As a single mother I must say that this place is well put together and they're really focused on helping our community.

7 years agoNice, clean, friendly. What other places have free Afrocise classes that the Instructor, Nspire Walker, pulls the "Turkey, dressing and potato salad " off your thighs. Oh my!! I love it!! And I am down 15 lbs. No diet change yet. I gotta work on that part. Gheemaw. 😀
