I live in North Carolina and was pleased to find and be able to work with a local business in Owensboro, KY to create a balloon arrangement for my cousins birthday. She was very attentive to what I was wanting and even asked what was my her favorite color. She created wonderful arrangement with beautiful purple balloons.

2 years agoWhat all can I say...This place rocks. Very good service. Professional and Caring.She went over and above the call of Duty for my mother's Birthday. Mom had a pacemaker put in and it was her 87 birthday. Felisha made arrangements and there were over 87 balloon s and she also delivered them to Lewisport. She made a great impression on my family and me. Thanks again. I will be using her services again. Thanks mom loved the creations you made. God Bless Y'all.
