Tony was delightful to work with — so professional and patient in explaining all our options and answering every question. He even accommodated a last-minute addition. His professionalism really reassured me that everything we reserved for our daughter's big day would be perfect. The order was flawless, everything was in excellent condition upon pickup. The gentlemen who helped with pickup and drop-off were friendly and supportive. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again. Although the website is a bit challenging to navigate, a simple phone call will have them guide you through everything. Don't hesitate to leave a message; they return calls promptly. Their email communication is also excellent.

I found the chairs I rented to be reasonably priced. It was convenient to order over the phone and take care of the contract and payment through email. Great experience overall.

Amazing! I needed event rentals last minute & they came to my rescue!! They had everything I needed, showed up on time, setup everything quickly & exactly where/how I wanted them, they didn’t come too early for pickup on Sunday, & every. single. person I talked to both via phone & in-person was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, helpful, efficient… I can’t say enough good things about this Nashville based team/company!!
