Edit: The owners did make contact with us and are very nice people! I was never after the business I just wanted other kids to be safe. They made it right and listened to our concerns thank you U Jumpin' Foulks 💙 My son was forcibly yanked from the obstacle course by an employee after having gone through several times before with no issues. We were enjoying the last few minutes of the Clarksville Kid Event downtown when there were little to no waiting lines. We (my husband and I) were standing close to the entrance of the obstacle course talking with a friend while keeping an eye on our son, who came to us after every round through and asked to go again. It was the same handful of kids running through during the last 5-10 minutes before they shut down. We were not made aware of any rules or policies. There is no excuse for putting your hands on another one’s child and there was plenty of time to make it right and do the right thing which is let the parents know they need to correct their child. The guy running the stations excuses were that there was a mother and toddler at the other end and he was stopping my son from running into them, yet let other children immediately go right after yanking my son off? My son is only 4 and didn’t understand needing to wait in line but I waited with him several times for his turn. There had been several minutes of no lines so he had just been running through at this time. The employees additional excuse was that he had been working all day? Were you just at the end of your rope and took it out on my son? If you’re signed up for an event like this you should fully expect chaos and be prepared to deal with children calmly and kindly till the last minute. My son didn’t understand what he had done wrong and we didn’t either! When confronted, he (the employee) didn’t even apologize. He just tried to justify his actions with poor excuses, which any parent can agree there are no justifications when it comes to your kids. If you can’t be kind and respectful to people of all ages, don’t work in environments where it is required of you.

I rented a Spider-Man bounce house for my daughter's birthday and was so impressed with the complete experience (from reserving the bounce house to pick-up) that we decided to use them again for another even later in the month. Everyone was extremely kind and courteous and super easy to work with. I had lots of questions and Melissa was very patient with me and took the time to answer everything I asked. The prices are phenomenal and both times we rented, the units were very clean and well maintained. The delivery and clean up crews were very nice and super quick. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!!

Easy to contact. You can text, call, and email. If they don’t answer the phone right away, and you leave a voicemail they will call you back. They were early to drop off which was nice. The slide was missing a few handles at the top but that was to be expected. I would highly recommend. They did a wonderful job. Would use again! We had a blast!

We rented the trackless train for both of our children's Christmas parties at work. I rented them for an hour each day. On the 1st day we still had folks coming in past the hour mark so the train operator agreed to stay another 1/2 hour. They did not have another engagement so they were glad to help us out. They were early to set up and ready and waiting early for our kid's to all show up. Paying for the train was easy. I would definitely use their services again.

Great place to rent a bounce house! We rented the 18 foot double slide for $250 they showed up at 8 am and had it all set up in no time and came back at 7 pm to collect it. We had 11 hours of amazing family fun. When I called to set up to rent on short notice the lady I spoke with was kind and understanding. Definitely will be renting from them again!
