Total Rental Solutions was a pleasure to work with for an event we held inside a ballroom at an exclusive country club. They elevated that event tremendously by providing abundant lighting and AV support including TV screens, microphone and speakers. The services they provide enhance any event small or large (ours was 300 people). They are professional, responsive and thorough in estimating what a particular space needs. Highly recommended!!

Total Rental Solutions went above and beyond at our fundraising event of over 300 people. From our first planning meeting to event take down, they were organized and professional. Chad offered creative solutions to promote our non profit during tbe 3 hour event which maximized our fundraising efforts. I can not recommend them enough.

Chad and his whole team are absolutely amazing! From start to finish they’re ready to help you and answer any questions you may have. They are kind and considerate and their work speaks for itself! The team takes all the stress out of planning an event, there always on time, not going anywhere else!!!!

We had a fantastic experience working with TRS. The onsite techs and supporting staff were wonderful. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting our event set up and making sure everything ran smoothly. Not only do they have state of the art equipment, they have top-notch customer service. We will be using them again in the future!

The video walls we used looked great! Setup went smoothly and the staff was easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend using TRS for your next tradeshow!!
