We booked the venue with them for a party on a date confirmed and agreed upon. Upon reaching out to make final payment, I was then asked to change my date due to the owner stating that his wife booked a wedding party on the same date and could not change their plans. It was an inconvenience and unprofessional situation that we had to deal with at the last minute. I was told that the wife was to call me, but I didn’t get a call or even a text. I feel if I didn’t reach out there wouldn’t have even been a mention of a refund. To make things worse, this is taking place less than a month away from my event date. I would not recommend using them. Obviously Oliver and his wife don’t communicate well with each other to keep the schedule intact for reservations. I would have given zero stars if it was possible. Beware!!!Beware!!! Beware!!! I see why I haven’t heard much about this place.

We had a spectacular time at the warehouse. It is a beautiful and large location. There’s nothing like it the atmospheres is completely different from anything else.

This company is worthless..!! I mean STRAIGHT GARBAGE..!! They gave away my reserve date after I made a deposit.Bad Business.!! Do not bother using them!!
