a year agoWhat horrible service and dangerous equipment. Rented equipment and trailer but tail lights were broken. That is illegal to have on the road. Strap to hold equipment down with a tied rope came loose so equipment moved around in the trailer and made it difficult to unload. Also a 6 inch metal rod welded to the front rail of the trailer stans you when you unhitch the trailer. Also, the crank that helps remove the trailer was broken. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and their comment was yeah you have to watch out for that. They followed it up with “just don’t rent from us.” I don’t get this kind of grief when I rent from Sunbelt. This shows you how Taylor treats you as a customer.
