Used them several times with great results, yes never on the actual timeline planned but i am very gracious with things like that! BUT then Aug 2024 we purchased one of his large slide/slipnslide combos that he was cycling out. Felt positive about the purchase bc he had always been honest. $2700 couldnt inspect when picked up but he assured us it was in good, working shape! WRONG!!!!!! Every liner but the small pool at end was ripped and they werent useable. I contacted and he apologized and said he would make it right . WHAT A JOKE!!!! acted like he was then started ghosting me then sent worker out 2x to measure, examine etc. I kept calling and texting both the owner and worker - NOTHING> then April 2025 worker reaches out of blue asked if he could come get liners off of slides bc company will replace. Sure whatever. He shows up tells me $100 for shipping, i agree and was going to pay when he returned but he toldl my husband i said pay him then (i was at work). GUESS WHAT HE never returned with my new liners and havent heard from either since then. So NOW ITS TIME TO GET REAL!

Contacted this company DAYS IN ADVANCE to book for a birthday party. He was supposed to arrive at 8am for set up, as I only paid for a 24 hour rental. BY 1PM I had contacted him multiple times to receive an ETA, but there was either no reply or a message stating we are on the way. By 1:30pm I requested my money back because the party started at 10am and I didn't have the product. I requested my money back to which he stated he would refund. I checked me account months later (to give it time) only to find HE NEVER REDUNDED ME. I contacted him again to request refund or reschedule (to be kind, since he already kept my money)...but no response! HE IS A GHOST IN THE WIND! Maybe he will see my review and respond.

Great prices and great service. By far the best prices we found so we were a little skeptical at first, but the crew arrived early and were very professional. Slide worked great and my kids loved it and it made for a great birthday gift. I'll definitely use this company again the next time we decide to rent an inflatable.

I rented a frozen drink machine for an event with T&A. They were very hospitable and easy to reach with questions and concerns, I chose to pick the machine up, I contacted the owner when I arrived and he not only loaded the machine into my vehicle but gave me a slab of ribs for dinner. The machine was a huge hit at our event. They allowed me to return the machine the Monday after my event and unloaded it for me on return. Great experience and I recommend T&A for your party needs.

Literally ruined my kids birthday. No call, no show. Called Countless of times and nothing!!! I paid in full and confirmed with them 3 days before. Would not recommend. I had 20+ disappointed kids at my house!!!! They deserve-500 stars.
