6 years agoTook them 3 hours to deliver a forklift that was 5 miles away. I used it for about 1 hour. I asked them if they could do any better on the price due to my usage. He said "I'll work on it", which he didn't. $585 for 1 hour of use.

6 years agoPrice gouging at its finest. Called and asked if they sell Bobcat keys. They say "yes, come on down and we'll take care of you." I arrive twenty minutes later only to find that they are selling a copy (not original) bobcat key for a whopping $25.00!!! The guy would not budge on the price. I walked out without buying. Next I called Loader Services and they have actual "Bobcat" keys and for only $3.95. Sad to see, first hand, that they are willing to lose a customer over something so small.
