10 years agoTried them for a work function because they had the best rates in the area. They showed on time, were polite and professional. They had our event perfectly set up in record time. When they returned to pick up their items, they went above and beyond and even assisted in getting our space back to its original configuration. Top notch service at an excellent price. I would absolutely recommend them.

8 years agoI really wanted to give a higher rating. The service was very good, Josh and his wife were both quite helpful and the staff who came to assemble and tear down were all very nice. The tent, tables and table cloths all fit our needs perfectly....but......from the moment the tent went up we had a problem with these little black gnats. My husband had treated for bugs prior to the tent going up yet we could not get rid of them before the party. We bought bug bombs and tried numerous things before the guests arrived. Nothing worked. Everybody who was under the tent were bothered by them yet everyone outside the tent were unaffected. This really threatened to ruin the party. When brought to their attention, little was done to remedy this situation. Of course once the tent was torn down, the bugs were gone.

9 years agoExtremely disappointed! Were originally supposed to deliver Thursday. Waited for over 4 hours for them to show, but they never did. Finally delivered Friday morning, but I was short a table. Called back and was told the table I was shorted would be out there Saturday morning. Lies again. The table was finally dropped off 2 hours before our wedding reception. Now they cannot be reached and have cut off communication. Way to go on adding unneeded stress to one of the most important days of mine and my wive's lives. Learned my lesson the hard way. Never again!

7 years agoThe best rates and by far the best rental policies of any tent & chair rental company we looked into. Extremely flexible and had our best interests in mind. Would highly recommend.
