This a really nice building for dinners, parties , babyshowers, things of that nature. I like the way it's closed off to the kitchen area. The space is nice. It just needs a little more room for the (foods)prep area in the kitchen. It's very clean, great lighting. Anyone would love to rent this space.

We had SUCH a great experience renting chairs for our outdoor wedding ceremony! All we had to do was set up the chairs after they were delivered and fold them back up when we were done. Easy to work with- will use them again if we need to.

Was very pleased with S & M Essential Rentals. Prices are very reasonable compared to other companies. C & H delivered on time, and tent was in place hours before needed which was great! I was able to get package size needed and also upgrade to a larger tent for nominal charge. The delivery was flawless and pick up allowed enough extra time to clean up afterwards without being rushed. The staff was efficient and friendly. They definitely have this down to a fine art! Highly recommend.

10/10 recommend. They were so helpful and accommodating, from the first time I called to ask questions, to ordering, to the second time I called to ask the same questions again, to delivery. 150 chairs were delivered early, even earlier than expected. Will definitely use in the future if ever needed again.

Such a pleasure to work with this company! Very professional, yet warm and felt like we were with family. We rented about 40 chairs, 9 round tables, and 2 high top tables for a wedding. The high top tables were a favorite and I'm glad the owner recommended! Everything was of great quality, communication was prompt, and pick up and drop off were as scheduled. Thank you! I will recommend to friends and family for their events.
