What a Change! I quit doing business with the former management due to poor customer service. There is New ownership/management now and I can tell you, these guys are fantastic! They had the equipment, which was in great shape, brought in from Birmingham. They got it here in half a day (it was a backhoe). It was quicker than what they estimated. They did everything they said they were going to do and then some. Customer service was great! The price was very fair, and all the people had great attitudes! What an absolute positive change in this company. I will be doing business with them again.

The new manager was very rude and does not care about the longtime repeat customers try’s to up charge and double charge for Equiptment would stay away from the Tuscaloosa location

Great business. They work on small engines like chainsaws too & are a good price. Chris was so helpful over the phone I didn't even need to go by their business to get help. I would highly recommend

My first experience was good. Recent second, not so well. Total was $50 higher than quoted. The deposit was factored. Won't go back any time soon.
