The most beautiful selection and truly effortless experience! Working with Rent-E-Quip was an absolutely incredible experience. One of the highlights of our entire engagement season was getting to work with the Keenan at the showroom, picking out everything for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. Keenan is a total professional who is on top of everything and considered every single detail we never would have thought of. Their incredible, beautiful selection of rentals helped our entire vision come to life, and we literally didn't have to lift a finger on the event days. The entire experience was seamless and fun. If you are planning an event in the Richmond area, you absolutely have to work with Rent-E-Quip—you won't be disappointed!

They created my dream wedding day! Rent-e-quip was perfect for my tent wedding. Keenan was SO helpful throughout the whole process. He was very helpful during our showroom appointment, site walkthrough, and wedding day. He worked so well with my planner and accommodated every adjustment and request throughout the entire planning process. The staff was safe, efficient, professional, and truly made the most magical environment for our wedding. I would highly recommend.

We used Rent-E-Quip for all of our rental needs for our wedding: linens, glassware, place setting, etc. We were very impressed by the variety available options for all of our rentals. There were truly a variety of options for all kinds of events and styles and price points! The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us the space to work out our own style while giving helpful recommendations when asked. The most difficult part of the process of working with Rent-E-Quip was deciding what form their wide selection of options we wanted to use for our event! After our order was placed, it was a breeze and the ordered items got where they needed to be, when they needed to be there and we did not have to think or stress about rentals at all on our wedding day! We cannot recommend Rent-E-Quip highly enough!

Planning process was smooth, David is the man when you walk in the door. He knows what you want and his experience shows. They were a great contributor for ideas during wedding walkthrough based on knowing our plan and venue. Day of everything was delivered and in place. There was a minor hiccup of some items not being dropped and it was fixed in less than an hour when our coordinator got them on the phone.

Where to begin? From our first concept conversation to executing the last tiny “Day Of” detail, RentEquip was there for us, for our daughter’s dream. David and team were full of wonderfully creative ideas, beautiful products, endless support and tireless man hours.
