I cannot say enough good things about Red Stick Rental and the exceptional service provided by Justin and his team. Within a two-week period, I hosted two very important family events, and Red Stick Rental played a major role in making both of them successful. For our home wedding reception, they provided a beautiful 20’ x 40’ tent, 10 round tables, chairs, two cocktail tables, and elegant all-white tablecloths. The setup transformed our backyard into a stunning reception venue. Everything looked absolutely beautiful, and our guests were impressed by the professional presentation. Just two weeks later, we hosted a 70th Birthday Celebration, and once again Red Stick Rental exceeded expectations. This event included a 20’ x 30’ tent, 6 tables, two cocktail tables, black tablecloths, and white chairs. The setup perfectly matched the atmosphere of the celebration and looked fantastic. What truly set Red Stick Rental apart was Justin’s willingness to help with planning. He took the time to assist with the layout for both events and provided valuable guidance on the number of tables and seating arrangements needed for each occasion. His expertise helped ensure that everything flowed smoothly and comfortably for our guests. The delivery and pickup for both events were on time, and every team member was courteous, helpful, and highly professional. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service made the entire rental process stress-free. I honestly do not believe I could have successfully pulled off these two events without Justin and his team. Their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service made all the difference. I highly recommend Red Stick Rental to anyone planning a wedding, birthday party, family gathering, or special event. I will absolutely be using their services again in the future. We had a great experience renting with Red Stick Event Rentals. Their team set up and took everything down in no time at all. The staff were friendly, polite and easy to work with. They made sure the bounce house was set up exactly how I wanted it and were careful with the yard with removal. They were great about emailing and texting me with reminders and times of arrival. I will definitely rent from them again for future parties!

They were Awesome! I highly recommend them & will use them again. They were dependable showing up when they said they would, professional, & had all the equipmwnt & extension cords, etc that were needed. They were friendly & very affordable! They responded quickly to any questions I had & the booking process was easy. Red Stick Event Rentals is definitely the ones to use & I'm telling everyone I know to use them.

Red Stick Rentals was fantastic from start to finish! Their website was easy to maneuver and their prices beat other local competitors. I loved their themed jumps. Perfect for our Mardi Gras party. The crew came out early the day of our event and set everything up and made sure the jump was dry and clean. They were very professional. The kiddos loved the jump and used it all day long! The pickup crew gave us a heads up to when they were coming and again were professional and courteous. I will recommend Red Stick to my friends and will definitely use them for our next events. Red Stick was great to work with! Team who put up and tore down the inflatables were very professional and the bounce house we rented was perfect for keeping the kiddos busy so the grown ups could enjoy some boiled crawfish! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
