This place of business was the most unprofessional business I’ve dealt with when it comes to customer service and professionalism. My family and I came in to rent tents and chairs for a repast. The salesperson did not greet us with a courteous demeanor. We paid the cash deposit and fee for the tent and chairs which we counted prior to picking them up. We returned the chairs requesting the $200 deposit. We were told several chairs were missing and only received $70 back from the deposit. Not only were we shortened money from the deposit the equipment was returned a day early. I don’t know why the salesperson was rude, and needed to seek advice from another coworker on what to charge us but if you do not know the information needed to complete a business transaction professionally please seek help so that the customer is not cheated, unwelcome when conducting business at this establishment.

Unfriendly staff, products were not as described, lost my reservation. They did have enough items (although not as described when I called to rent them) and they did give me a refund when I chose to cancel the order. However, the customer service definitely left a lot to be desired.
