Frequently Asked Questions

What surface can tents be installed on?▾

Most tents stake into grass. Concrete and asphalt installs require water-barrel anchors or weighted bases — available for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book?▾

Tent rentals for large events (weddings, corporate) should be booked 4-8 weeks ahead. Smaller canopies can sometimes be booked a week out.

Are tents weatherproof?▾

Quality event tents are designed for wind and light rain. However, extreme weather events may require postponement — confirm the cancellation policy.

What size tent do I need?▾

A general rule: 8-10 sq ft per guest for seated dining, 6 sq ft for standing cocktail events. The rental company can help you size correctly.

Is setup and takedown included?▾

Yes — professional installation and takedown are standard. Setup typically happens the day before and takedown the day after your event.
