PopVB was absolutely incredible to work with! They handled our Norfolk State Homecoming Parade truck decorations for Chartway, and despite so many unexpected hiccups and last-minute challenges, their team stayed patient, flexible, and kind throughout the entire process. Even with limited time and a stressful setup, they delivered a beautiful, high-quality final product that exceeded our expectations. Paige and the team at Pop VB absolutely nailed the balloons for my mom’s 70th birthday party! 🎈✨ I basically gave them the theme and said “do your thing,” and they ran with it in the best possible way. The balloons were fabulous and made the whole party feel instantly festive and elevated. On top of that, Paige and her staff were so friendly and incredibly easy to work with — which, when you’re planning a party, is everything. Zero stress, all fun. Highly recommend Pop VB for any balloons or party needs. Fair warning though… once you use them, every other party without their balloons will feel a little underdressed. 😉

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! Not only did I love the impromptu arrangement, the recipient was estatic as well. (Very important) but what trumped everything was the customer service. For the life of me, her name has escaped me only because I’m old. Prior to going there, I called and spoke to someone over the phone. This young lady sold me immediately.I felt like I was the 1st customer to ever phone in. I felt THAT valued and appreciated. Heck. I was done.POP VB , thanks for the experience. I too am known for subperb customer care, I promise not to make PopVb a secret! Ok? Jackie
