Party On was great! Mark was easy to work with and very communicative about his arrival time as well as the entire reservation process. He was punctual and easily set up the course and we were off and lasering in no time! He stayed available during the entire event! He ensured everyone, even our youngest understood how to use the equipment and play the games. He and Party On were great and offer a lot of different options! We will definitely be using Mark and Party on again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome addition to their party/event!

So much better than I expected!!! We had rented ANOTHER laser tag the previous years and it was nothing compared to this one!! Party On Knoxville was amazing! We even had a fog machine and he was walking around making sure the fog was spread out! All the kids had a blast! I would highly recommend! Will definitely order again!

Exceptional service. Easy to rent on their website, quick and simple. We actually got it a bit longer than I had originally rented, which made it even better for the kids! Quick and clear communication and the set up was a breeze because we didn’t have to do anything! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

We’ve been customers of this business for a few years now. We order a bounce house for my son’s birthday party each year from them and I’ve never had any issues. Prices are good, staff is friendly, and the communication is on point. They always show up on time and do a great job setting up. I would recommend them to anyone.
