Literally walked in and right back out. Customer service was a negative 100. 9!9/1/25 @ 11:22 a.m. Before I can tell her what I wanted, she tells me what birthday balloons they don't have. I wasn't there for anyone's birthday. I told her what I needed. She tells me that I can't take them to the hospital after the doctor and nurse said what she could have them. My 1st and last visit to this place all in one visit! She was very rude and very unprofessional. Update: Once I got here to see my mom, I told her nurse what happened, and they were just as taken back as I was by the clerk at this store saying she could not have balloons.

Staff isnt helpful at all. GO somewhere else. Plus the selection isn't that big you're definitely not missing out by skipping this store.

Me and my family of 4 went and the white lady in back was looking at us the whole time my son even tryed to try on a mask she also said he can’t put on so I bought everything that was in my hand and she told us we can’t shop with our bag in our hand after we bought it and told us we have to leave it at the front im a black woman and will never be back stop racist plz I js wanted to shop with my kids

Awesome store for decorations of all kinds. They even have tutorials posted! The staff is really nice and helpful. Great prices. They're cheaper than Party City, and they have more variety.

This Party Dollar is 🔝 tier, Ms. Brittany made my day‼️ Never have I experienced such great customer service and care, I absolutely loved this store and employees that work there all very respectful and friendly as well extremely professional. I highly recommend this location and service to any and everyone in the CSRA 🫡💯
