If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! I read reviews that were from about 2 years ago which seemed good and speaking to the guy he sound like a nice and reliable person. Boy was I wrong!!! Didn’t see the one from a year ago stating that he was an no call no show and now looking back on older reviews I see that I should have read farther back to see what I was really dealing with. I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism and reliability. I booked a party rental about a month in advance for my child’s party and even confirmed everything again just 3 days before the event in which he told me everything was good and he even confirmed the time. Despite that, he canceled on me just 2 hours before the party was supposed to start. At that point, it was nearly impossible to find a replacement on such short notice, leaving me scrambling and adding unnecessary stress to what should have been a special day for my child. I ended up paying double the amount for a last minute rental from another company that saved the day. There was no reasonable solution offered, no accountability, and no consideration for how this would impact us. He also canceled by text by the way and did not answer when I tried to call right after receiving the cancellation text. If you’re planning an important event—especially for a child—I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Reliability matters, and unfortunately, this company did not deliver.

Party 2 U saved the day! The day of my baby’s pool party, the pool got closed, but Party 2 U came with everything we needed to let the party go on. Water slide, chairs, and a smile! Thank you for the prompt response and excellent customer service!

Was 2 hours late delivering and there was a hole in the inflatable that had been taped up.. and the inflatable kept sinking down. So disappointed and wouldn't recommend..
