Horrible service and completely unreliable communication. The order was left literally on the street without any notice of delivery. On the pickup date, i had to call them several times to get informed that they would pick it up with a 2 hour delay.I understand that Miami offers 0 customer service but this is beyond disgraceful. Please, stay away. They were recommended to me but all they care is get your money and deliver 0 service.

Over the years of working with the team at Panache Events I can only say each was an outstanding experience. From the first call there is immediate responses, amazing follow up and their delivery and set up crew are a pleasure to work with - always accommodating, helpful and on time! Excellent client service and would highly recommend them.
