We had an amazing experience with Morton Amusement! We booked their Santa bouncy house for our Christmas Eve Eve party, and it was the perfect way to keep the kids entertained. They arrived right on time the morning of the party for setup, and pickup the next day was just as smooth and punctual. Everything was easy, professional, and stress-free. We’ll definitely be using them again next year and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a party!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently used Morton’s Amusement for a birthday party and rented a water slide, tent, and chairs. EJ and his crew were fantastic! They were professional, polite, had great communication, and were very flexible with our schedule. They arrived right on time with updates along the way, setup and teardown were quick and efficient, and everything was extremely clean and in excellent condition. Their prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and equipment you receive. Last year, we used a different company that was a little closer to home and slightly cheaper, but the difference in service and quality was night and day! We had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely be using Morton’s Amusement again for future parties and events. The kids already can’t wait! This is clearly a company whose owner and crew take a lot of pride in what they do! Highly recommend!

Jim and Jace need to improve communication, both with customers and within their own team. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had, and I say that as someone who has worked in customer service for years. We were told our bounce house would be delivered after 4:00 PM on Friday. Throughout the evening, we were repeatedly told it would arrive in "5 minutes," "6 minutes," and "15 minutes." It ultimately did not arrive until approximately 8:30 PM. Delays happen, and most customers understand that. However, repeatedly providing inaccurate updates is poor communication and made it impossible to plan accordingly. Once the bounce house was delivered, my husband had to repair a component himself to keep it functioning properly. We were also promised a phone call before pickup on Sunday so we could prepare our children. No call was made. The pickup crew simply arrived, leaving three upset toddlers with no warning that their weekend activity was ending. What was most disappointing was Jim's response when I attempted to discuss these concerns. Rather than addressing the issues professionally, he was dismissive and rude. He repeatedly stated that he has been in business for 21 years and does not care about reviews. I was also informed by Jace that I would receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience. However, when I followed up, Jim refused to honor that commitment. The issue is not the $50 itself. The issue is being told one thing by an employee and then something completely different by the owner. That reflects a lack of communication and professionalism within the company. The bounce house was a hit with the kids, but customer service, communication, and standing behind commitments matter. Unfortunately, this company fell short in all three areas. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Mr. Jim and his team are Amazing! Very professional, accommodating and super nice! We had the regular bounce house and at the very last minute, I mean last minute my daughter wanted to change to the wet/dry waterslide bounce house and they were able to switch with no problem! We will definitely be using Morton’s again for all our party needs! Thanks y’all! We appreciate you!
