I have been involved with their team on shows ranging from 20 people to 500+ people. Their gear is solid their crew is extremely knowledgeable.

Mitey AV LLC was an absolute standout for us... Back in December (peak Holiday season), we hosted a regional conference in New Orleans, and just about two weeks before the event, we realized a significant portion of the venue’s AV equipment was incompatible with the setup we needed. Quickly scrambling for help, we reached out to Mitey AV.... and from that very first call, they jumped into action! By the very next day, Shaun (co-owner) had his team on-site assessing the venue. They recommended the specific equipment needed for the venue’s layout and our program, provided a clear quote, and immediately ordered all recommended rental equipment. Everything was in place within two weeks - right on time for our event! Their level of customer support is phenomenal. Their team was always just a call or text away, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free, which is RARE when it comes to event planning... (If you know, you know!) They were on-site the day before the conference to set up everything, fully supported our team during the event, and broke everything down the day after. Fun fact: Our team experienced a small AV hiccup just 30 minutes before the event was set to begin at 8 AM. Shaun answered our call without hesitation, helped us troubleshoot the issue quickly, and, to top it off, personally came out to the event and stayed for the first hour to make sure everything ran smoothly. We didn't expect that from him, but we were so appreciative of his support. This level of responsiveness and care is something you don’t EVER take for granted! It’s top-notch service like this that truly makes you appreciate the small businesses we have the privilege of working with... We couldn’t have asked for a better partner to navigate what could have been a very stressful situation - with such professionalism, class, and dedication. We will absolutely be reaching out to them again for future events and highly recommend their services! 💯

Mitey AV brought the karaoke equipment that made the party! The KaraFun software was so easy to use, the sound was great for our space, and we had the perfect amount of equipment so that we were not overwhelmed! What a great family friendly karaoke they helped us to host at our Boy Scout Fish Fry!

Mitey AV LLC is the NUMBER 1 audio rental equipment business in New Orleans!! I had a last second job and I gave them a call late at night. The very next morning I was on the phone with the owner Sean and we came to an agreement. Sean was incredibly kind and professional to me. He showed me how to use all the equipment and gave me a very fair deal on the rental. And to top everything off, when I was struggling to operate the equipment at the event Sean came all the way from New Orleans to Gretna to help me troubleshoot!! Needless to say, Mitey AV LLC is truly a life saver and I will 1000% be coming to them with any equipment renting in the future!!

I produce events around the city and Shaun at Mighty AV has quickly become my go to with any audio and visual needs. The set up was simple and easy. They thought of things that escaped my mind. They were more than just a company, they felt like my partners. They were very responsive to all my needs and questions. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and they were so kind and knowledgeable. I am definitely doing more business with them in the future.
