I highly recommend Memories Inflatable! We rented an inflatable obstacle course for my daughter’s 7th birthday party, and it was one of the highlights of the day. The obstacle course was clean, safe, and in excellent condition, and the kids absolutely loved it! Lorenzo was professional, courteous, and reliable from start to finish. We unfortunately had to reschedule our original rental date due to rain, but Lorenzo was extremely understanding and very accommodating throughout the process. He made rescheduling easy and stress-free, which was greatly appreciated during party planning. He arrived on time, handled the setup and breakdown efficiently, and made sure everything was perfect for our event. His communication was excellent, and he truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Seeing the smiles and excitement on the children’s faces made the rental worth every penny. If you’re looking for quality inflatables and exceptional customer service, Memories Inflatable is the company to call. We had an amazing experience with Memories Inflatables for my sister’s graduation party! Lorenzo was extremely professional, patient, and family-oriented from start to finish. What stood out the most was that he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. When there were unexpected issues with the generator, he didn’t make excuses or leave us to figure it out ourselves. He went above and beyond by going to purchase another generator to ensure the party continued smoothly. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days. He also took the time to help us brainstorm the setup layout and made sure the vision for the party came together perfectly instead of just rushing through the job. You can truly tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his business. The water slide, obstacle course, and interactive games were all a huge hit with the kids and family. I would absolutely recommend Memories Inflatables to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and quality service. 10/10 experience!

The unicorn rainbow bounce house and slide was a huge hit! Mr. Lorenzo was a pleasure to work with. Super timely, quality product and even better service, and let the birthday girl push the button to start blowing up the inflatable. Would 100% use his business again.
