I rented a water-slide bounce house combo for a party Saturday and I came home Friday to it thrown in the middle of my concrete driveway where I park my car, not hooked up, not staked into the ground just thrown there. They said they tried to call me and ask me where I wanted it but I was at work and wasn’t expecting it till the day I rented it for. I called the lady and she said she would send someone out in the morning to move it. So the morning of the party two young boys show up and I tell them I want it in our backyard in the grass, they said do you really need to move it because we don’t have a dolly to move it with us. I said YES?! This is my DRIVEWAY. They called other guys to move it, they weren’t professional and used foul language . Well later that day in the beginning of the party the blower quits working while the kids are on it, it takes 45 minutes for someone to show up with a new blower, by the time someone showed up the party was basically over. I was going to continue to let my children play on it after everyone left so we could maybe get some use out of the $280 We paid but the guy didn’t secure it to the blower and it kept coming off and deflating while they were on it. I expressed my frustration to the workers and they actually told me I should use big south inflatables next time. How sad is it that your own employees recommended another company! I texted the owner a picture and explained my frustration and told her I think I refund is necessary after all of the trouble I went through with this thing and she never responded. How are you okay with the fact that your company messed up my child’s birthday and your defective product caused it. I will never use marshland again!!!

I ordered a fun jump several days before my daughter's birthday party and was promptly given a reminder of the drop off date and a copy of my receipt. More than 3 times I read that the fun jump would be delivered to my house by 10 am that morning and picked up around 5 pm that afternoon. I was given a copy of my receipt via email as well with the confirmation date. When that day came, I gave them a grace period of 1 hour before calling. Upon speaking with a representative, I was told that this was "her mistake" because she thought the date was for tomorrow. She then reassured me that the fun jump would be there within the hour and that I could keep the jump an extra day. So I waited, and I waited. And to my surprise, the fun jump had still not arrived over two hours later. So I called back...and apparently "the fun jump was set up at another incorrect location." They said they had trouble finding my address. That's funny, because it's 2018 and literally every device nowadays has gps technology to get you from point A to point B. My grandparents can get here with no trouble using their flip phones from the early 2000's. Needless to say, the fun jump arrived 5 hours late for my daughter's birthday party and I was told I would receive a reimbursement/discount for the hassle. I have yet to receive a reimbursement for this. I can assure you I will not be using this poorly managed company again. They should have to explain to a 5 year old why their birthday is ruined because the professional fun people can't use a gps or find an address.

I rented a fun jump, tables, chairs, and a cotton candy machine. My problem was no one phyiscally showed us how to work the cotton candy machine we were told in less than a minute how to use the machine. When we turned it on the motor didn't turn initially then started all of a sudden as a result all those standing near were hit with hot sugar from the machine. My second problem was unfriendly delivery guys my family was still outside when they came to pick up their equipment. They only spoke after I said hello and after they had loaded all equipment they didn't say thank you for your business or have a good evening nothing they were just gone. I wasn't treated as a valued customer.

We have used Marshland a few times now and every time, we have been overly pleased! From the person answering the phones, to the ease of booking on line and the guys who deliver and setup/tear down. EVERYONE is super professional, very polite and accommodating! I cant say enough how wonderful they are!

We rented from them on the 28th of Oct. and they were supposed to pick it up that day. It's now Nov. 5th and it's still sitting in our church yard. Covered in water because it has rained so much and is killing our grass. We have called and left message after message because no one answers the phone there. I'm tired of kicking this thing around. Marshland Jumps!!!! You need to contact me tomorrow!!! I will never use you again, and I will NEVER recommend you to anyone ever!!
