Brian and all of his crew were absolutely amazing! We used Macon Tent Rentals for our wedding rentals and they truly put all of worries at ease. Brian was always available and accommodating throughout the months leading up to our wedding. The crew took great care of our venue location and were quick and efficient in setup/ breakdown. The employees were so kind and friendly we loved getting to work with them. Macon Tent Rentals played a huge role in making our big day perfect and they truly went above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend.

First, let me say this was a wonderful company to work alongside with. My son was married on March of this year! Macon Tents were awesome with making an appointment to see the property to take measurements for the tent. We rented the 40 x 60 Tent, Perimeter lights, beautiful dark wood chairs, and tables for 150 guest. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Customer Service was awesome! Day of setup and pick up went perfect as planned. Before calling Macon Tents, I reached out to several other tent companies who were already booked full with their rentals for that day. But, because Macon Tents has a large supply of tents and other rental items, they were able to provide me with everything. I must admit I am the owner of an Event/Wedding Planning & Linen and Decor Rental Company and I have chosen to start using Macon Tent Rentals as my preferred Vendor for these rental items. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service is what I need in a vendor for all my clients. Let me give a shout out to Brian the owner and their exceptional Office Manager Miriam. I am looking forward to referring Macon Tents to my clients so that they may have the same wonderful experience that I enjoyed. We have used Macon Tent Rentals for over 15 years! They are so easy to work with and always have the best crew for set up and break down. I have found them to be very competitive in pricing and their customer service is 5 STAR!

Macon Tent Rentals truly understands what it means to serve customers from first impressions to lasting relationships. From the first phone call to request quotes, the site visit to see products and sign contracts, to the installation and take-down, we could not have asked for a better experience. Every employee was smiling, introduced themselves with great eye contact, offered handshakes, and asked questions to make sure they understood everything we needed to make our event perfect. These folks realize that employees are the lifeline of any business and their employees understand customer service!
