Amazing!! I called them with a need for a set up for a party a couple days ahead of time and they delivered! Jackson communicated with me throughout the entire process and help come up with ideas to make everything look amazing! If I could give them a million star rating I would!!! 100% recommend! Will be using them again!

Great experience from start to finish. The chairs I rented were in excellent condition—clean, sturdy, and exactly what I needed for my event. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. The whole process was easy and stress-free. The most recent post has inspired me to state the same thing about this company. Our event was April 4. I emailed the owner, Jackson, a week after to let him know how disappointed I was in what happened. I didn’t ask for a refund and I told him I don’t like doing negative reviews bc everyone has an off day. I received no reply, no text, nothing. April 4 was our wedding day. I ordered 45 chairs and tablecloths. The communication was great at first-ordering was easy, texted changes, paid in full and even got a text the night before saying that he’d see me on the early end of our delivery time which was 8-10. At 9 the next day, he hadn’t arrived. Didn’t get too upset bc there was still an hr even tho he said he’d be there closer to 8. 10-nothing. Sent a text-no reply. 11-nothing. Fiancé, now husband, sent a text/called-nothing. 12-nothing-not answering calls or texts. At this point, I was sure he wasn’t going to show. Finally, at 1, they show up. They were apologetic and said they’d make it up to us. We had to scramble to set up for an event starting at 3 while I’m trying to get ready. My mom and husband set everything up just in time. I asked if everything was delivered-no. They missed several tablecloths and what they did deliver was incorrect. They were supposed to pick up items next day between 10 and 12-they didn’t show up til the following day (two days later) around 6. My venue was amazing so no big deal. I think I’m most upset about the lack of response from the email I sent. I wasn’t belligerent or rude at all-just wanted him to know that what he did was not the way you should conduct business. If you are a bride and thinking of using this company, please reconsider. Our day was amazing-we had a blast with all of our friends and family. This didn’t ruin the day but definitely made it stressful. Think twice.

Jackson was so awesome and the dance floor we rented for our wedding (12x15) was perfect! quick set up and super easy to communicate with him! he really did the damn thing! definitely a great company to rent anything you could need for a wedding!
