Rented tables and chairs for an intimate in-home dinner party. Affordable, great customer service and delivery was a breeze. The equipment was in good condition, and communication was spot-on. Will for sure be supporting going forward. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful and extravagant event place. Highly recommended. The flooring is top tier. It’s so much space in there as well. Very clean and perfect temperature control. And Capri was very much professional.She made sure that the guests were fine and that everything ran smoothly. She was really kind and communicates really well. And the location is safe and worry free. It’s plenty of space to put decor up and to have a buffet style dining event. I loveeee this place and can’t wait until the next event here. Please book you won’t be disappointed at all!!

If you’re in the Hampton Roads area and need an event space book with KW Events and Rentals!!! In February I started looking for a venue for my daughter’s graduation party and this was the first place I toured, I met with Capri (the owner) and she was very kind and professional and even recommended a caterer and decorator ( I actually booked them for my daughter’s party also!). The event space is clean and has a beautiful black and white marble pattern that will elevate any event held there. Tables & chairs are included, a Photo Booth ( which was a hit and so much fun)is available for an additional fee. ( trust me- get the Photo Booth📷)!! My event was for about 40 people ( I invited 50, but some weren’t able to attend) and everyone was comfortable and there was more than enough space for the tables to hold the food and for people to be up and walking around enjoying themselves. ( we didn’t do a ‘dance party’ per se) but there was plenty room to do so. The space is located in a shopping center with a few older shops ( laundromat, Chinese food, corner store, and soul food restaurant) but don’t let that deter you from booking; the event space is located behind a fence and is well maintained. Go tour it and see for yourself! My daughter, my family, and all the guest had a blast!

I absolutely loved the venue space and it was perfect for the amount of people we hosted for our baby shower. The owner’s customer service is always great, she answers questions in a timely fashion and she was very understanding when i had time delays on the day of my event as well. I will definitely use her for future events that we plan and of course she will be recommended to family and friends.
