I rented a snow cone machine for an event. Once I arrived there to pick up the machine no one was there. I had to reach out and was told it would take someone 30 minutes to arrive. They arrived over an hour later with no sense of being apologetic. I was told next time I rent something that I can call the day before to schedule a time for pickup but they sends out automatic emails stating that they will call you the day before. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not do business with them again.

Kaylas rental had everything I needed for my daughter’s graduation party. Kevin was very helpful and accommodating with our scheduling on the equipment rented. Will definitely use this company again.

My wedding was today. He was an hour late. Had an attitude and was threatening me. Didn’t give us the tables we paid for. I will see you in court! Acted like an animal and you almost ruined our big day!
