Exceptional service from Jump & Play Upstate. Courteous and easy to work with. Easy communication and willing to accommodate based on your party needs. We rented the mobile gaming bus and it was such a hit for both the kids and parents! We recommend this company over others for your party rental needs.

Great service. I had another rental company cancel on me only 3 hours before the party. Called Jump and Play and they were able to get something setup within that 3 hour window. Had a little issue with the delivery driver and the address but he was friendly and it all worked out great. Will use again!

Truly the best company! I made a mistake when booking a bounce house for my son’s birthday weekend and they so kindly accommodated changes. They are also always willing to answer questions, help, and are so professional and reliable. We’ve rented bounce houses from them twice and they’ve been clean and in fantastic shape both times! They will be our go-to for all parties!

I had an amazing experience with Jump and Play Upstate! I only had one issue throughout the service which I will explain... Jvon arrived right within the expected time frame, set everything up quickly, and took the time to clearly explain how all the equipment worked. The representative who I spoke with throughout booking,was also incredibly kind and informative. She stayed in communication with me and was always responsive whenever I had a question or concern, which I really appreciated. We even added on a basketball game, which the kids absolutely loved! It was a great addition! The only downside I experienced was with the additional equipment. After it was delivered, everything ran smoothly for about 45 minutes before it started tripping the breaker and shutting off. I called, and a gentleman (who I assume was the owner’s husband) answered. I explained the issue and asked if I could bring a generator since the connection kept failing. He said he didn’t mind coming out, but it would take about an hour or more, and suggested I use my neighbor’s outlet instead. Thankfully, my neighbor was very kind and didn’t mind, but I was a bit disappointed with that response—especially with around 30 kids starting to get upset as the machine kept deflating. Once we got everything connected properly, though, everything ran smoothly again. On a positive note, they even allowed us to keep the equipment about 5 hours past the expected pickup time,(2 days later!) which I thought was extremely generous and great customer service. Overall, despite that one hiccup, I had a great experience with Jump and Play Upstate! We will be renting from them again very soon!!! Thanks Jvon for your excellent service!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Jump & Play Upstate. The slide was clean, safe, and kept the kids entertained for hours. The setup was quick and professional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any event or party—worth every penny! We'll definitely be using them again.
