The set up was very organized and safely done . The workers were very nice and with my broken Spanish we understood each other as I speak a little Spanish but they were fast helping each other . Timely done and looked elegant after . The chairs were very clean and had the special look with cushion. The table covers were so clean and white which looked brand new like never used. I am happy with the Imperial Rental service and will highly recommend them . My guests love the dance floor .

Second Time's a Charm! Thrilled with Imperial Rentals! This is the second time we have rented from Imperial Rentals for our major events, and we are once again extremely satisfied with their exceptional service! They truly deserve their five-star rating. Their entire operation is incredibly organized, and both the delivery and pickup crews were perfectly on time, sticking exactly to the schedule we agreed upon, which eliminates event day stress. Our sales representative was wonderfully flexible and took the time to understand our specific concerns, making several great suggestions that significantly enhanced our event setup. Furthermore, the delivery and pickup crew were very polite, professional, and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better rental partner. We will absolutely be renting from Imperial Rentals again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality event rentals!

I absolutely LOVE working with Imperial Event Rentals. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, professional, and organized. Their website made the process so easy because every rental item was clearly listed with photos and pricing, which saved me so much time while planning my event. This was actually a rush order for the same weekend, and when I texted them on Monday, they responded immediately and sent my invoice right away. Communication was amazing from start to finish. The day before my event, they reached out to confirm the location, delivery time, and all the details. Then on delivery day, I even received a tracking link so I could see exactly how far the delivery driver was in real time — I’ve honestly never experienced that level of professionalism from another rental company before. They kept me updated without me even having to ask, arrived exactly when they said they would, and all of the rental items were clean, wiped down, and set up perfectly. Even during breakdown, they texted updates as well. Imperial Event Rentals truly operates like a real corporate-level company, not an amateur rental business. As an event planner/decorator, dependable vendors mean everything, and this company exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience!

Imperial Event Rentals was excellent to work with! The customer service was on another level. The woman assisting me with the ordering process and pickup/dropoff was super responsive and helpful. I was able to place the order quickly, efficiently and at an excellent price point. I will be using them again for all of my party rental needs as a mobile bar owner.
