a year agoMy experience with Event Works was deeply disappointing and incredibly stressful—especially considering this was for my daughter’s baby shower, a once-in-a-lifetime moment meant to be joyful and special. They were supposed to deliver tables and chairs well in advance of the event, but instead, they arrived over three hours late. I waited until 8 PM, exhausted and anxious. What made it worse was that they tried to reschedule the delivery for the next morning—as if a baby shower could just be postponed. There was no sense of urgency, no sincere apology, and not even a refund for the delivery fee. I felt completely let down by a company I trusted to help create a memorable day. I wouldn't recommend Event Works to anyone planning a meaningful event—you deserve better.
