I had a worst experience with this. We bought an HAPPY BIRTHDAY alphabets decorate pack but the letters PPY are missing in that, the entire celebrations got disappointed with that. We bought that on May19 2024 and I am also attaching the photo as a proof. Make sure you check everything immediately after buying.

The pieces I bought for my daughter's wedding were beautiful. The young lady on the register was very kind and inviting. However, older lady and man, which i presume ate the owners were not. I smiled and spoke to the lady who was sitting behind the counter watching others on the cameras like her life depended on it. She looked at me and without acknowledging my attempts to engage with her turned away without so much as a smile or head nod. The man came from the back of the store once he was summoned for assistance. The young lady showed him my paperwork and he promptly disappeared again to retrieve my purchase. The man then returned a few moments later with my order and the young cashier then pointed out to him who I was. This man looked me in the eye, said nothing and proceeded to place all of my items on the floor, pointed to them and walked off!!! He too did not return a smile or exchange pleasantries when I tried to engage. Mind you I had just spent a few hundred dollars in this store and most of my items were not small. He didn't say thank you, come again or even ask if i needed help let alone place the items in my hand. Before this happened I was already looking to purchase other items. However, their behavior is DEFINITELY why I will not spend another dime of my hard earned money in their establishment!!! I only gave the 2 stars i did give because of the sweet young lady and because the items I purchased are beautiful. If you are looking for great/good customer service to go along with your purchase i suggest you look elsewhere!!

The owners of this store are so kind and helpful. I love coming into this store to buy my jewelry and other things. They have really cute phone cases, every color and size of hair bows for your kids. They have beautiful wedding decor. House supplies the list goes on! And their prices are very reasonable. I will always shop here and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Best store in Montgomery. Looking for flowers, arts and crafts, and wedding items? They have everything! Best prices in town! They have some bilingual cashiers, too! Awesome!
