We rented chairs, tables and a whiskey barrel for our wedding day. While making final arrangements, a time to meet was decided on for delivery. Even as soon as the day of, the time was confirmed. Our rentals were dropped off and left over an hour before our agreed upon time, and left at the wrong building. The decision to meet for drop off was made for this very reason, to make sure the items were put in the correct spot. We had to hand move all of the items from one building to the other for our event. No apologies were given. The only thing that was said was that he would send some help to move them. We did not have the time to wait for them to show up, so myself and all of our help had to stop what they were doing to move these heavy items. The customer service was great while placing the order and paying. Yet, going through with the delivery, etc. it was horrible. Side note: The chairs were dirty and all had to be wiped down with Clorox wipes.

Rented 16 foot water jumper. It was delivered, set up fast and to our needs..Kids had a good time all day. Was also picked up next day. No hassle, good price, good company.
