I hate leaving a bad review for a local business but this place is gross. It is insanely expensive for what it is, run down, filthy, hot no matter what time of year, and honestly I question the safety due to the lack of maintenance. I was looking at past reviews and saw these have been issues for years. How have they gone so many years with people complaining about the heat and disgusting bathrooms with no changes? I’m posting some pictures of the inflatable obstacle course. In all fairness, I have heard this course was taken down recently. However, it looked like this for a long, long time and I don’t know how it was able to operate. It was probably 40% duck tape. I went back 1-2 times after these pictures and at that point all of the steps on the slides were torn off. I don’t think this place will survive long once the new attraction opens in the old mall this spring.

This place is disgusting. I was here a couple months ago and noticed exposed springs and overall dirtiness but didn’t bother leaving a review. Came back today and it’s worse. I got there right when they opened at 4:00 and the first trampoline inside already had trash and broken balls on it, which tells me no one cleaned before opening. The area between the inflatable and the ball pit was filthy. I get that teenagers work here, but that’s on ownership. This place clearly isn’t being walked or checked regularly. On top of that, it’s not just dirty—it’s unsafe. Three trampolines had major spring exposure, not just wear and tear—around three feet of exposed springs. Do better.

This place is pretty pricey however it’s a great place to send your kids when they’re wanting to have some fun with her friends. My daughter loves coming here to jump. Keep in mind that you do have to buy socks from here to jump here you can’t wear your own socks.

Visited today after not going for a few years and I won’t be back. I can’t believe it costs $30 for 2 hours and they’ve added ZERO new attractions, bathrooms are gross, only one sink working in the women’s and the water is ice cold. The inflatable obstacle course is clearly damaged and needs to be replaced. I understand facilities like this are expensive to run and it costs $30 anywhere, but other trampoline parks are upgrading their equipment and maintaining the facility.

A friend’s party was booked in the “overlook area” for 2 hours $300+ was paid. Drink pitchers seem to have been filled ahead of time so all of the sodas were watered down. There was no fan or air in that area. Not to mention it was not disclosed that it was only a 10X10 platform that has messed up flooring which they allow 11 children for that package. The pizza was mediocre at best. All refills had to be chased down because they had ONE PERSON working all of the parties while her coworker played on a laptop sitting in a bin of socks. It’s sad that you are charging this much for that kind of service. If you are short staffed, don’t book parties if you cannot provide the service paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?
For weekend summer events, book 3-4 weeks ahead. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available for weekdays. The earlier you book, the better your unit selection.
What's included in the rental?
Delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup are included. A continuous-run blower motor keeps the inflatable inflated throughout your rental period.
Do I need a power source?
Most inflatables require a standard 110V outlet within 50-100 feet. If your venue has no power, ask about generator add-ons.
Can inflatables be set up indoors?
Yes — many units fit in gyms, recreation centers, and large halls. Confirm ceiling height (minimum 15-20 ft) and floor surface with the rental company.
What is the weight/age limit?
Limits vary by unit — typically 400-800 lb capacity and up to age 12 for standard bounce houses. Always follow the posted limits for safety.
