I can't say enough about their customer service! They went way, way out of their way to fix a situation that was completely my fault, and saved my wife's birthday party! On top of that they were some kind about the whole thing! Not only that, but their products were in great, and in great condition! They had exactly what I needed, and because of them everybody had a great time! Very highly recommended!

I have rented lights and speakers from them for the last 9 years for our church women’s annual conference, and never had an issue. Always profesional, always great service, always nice. I highly recommend them.

Came here to rent dance floor lighting for our wedding since we were having a friend DJ. I wandered into the store and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped me decide what equipment to rent based on the venue and were very knowledgeable on what would be easy set up and doable for us. Not to mention, the prices were phenomenal and we were able to get professional level lighting that would have cost triple if we had bought it ourselves. Booked a week before the wedding too! Fit in my sedan!

Had an emergency need for a PA system for a wedding in Roxboro as I had left my system at home in Charleston SC by accident. James was very helpful and accommodating on the phone as I explained my situation, and he hooked me up with a system to meet my needs and solve my emergency. Very grateful for the outstanding customer service at Custom Light and Sound.

Came here to pick up a subwoofer rental. The man working was a little harsh on the phone and let me tell ya I was scared to go in. To make a long story short, I didn’t realize the time that reservations had to be picked up. However, once I got in the men working were so nice and helpful and even gave me a grace period for being late. Everything else went really smoothly, here’s me and my friend waiting to get picked up w the subwoofer (always bring a big car sound equipment is bigger than u think)
