Dan saved the day the morning of our daughter’s birthday party! We had originally rented though APZ rentals, and our rental never arrived. My husband called Dan, and he came on Thanksgiving weekend with a bounce house for the party even though he was technically not even working that day. We are so thankful for his kindness, and the bounce house was in great condition. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! We rented the Toy Story bounce house slide combo last minute. Kids loved it!! Dan went above and beyond to be accommodating and was the HERO for my nephews birthday party today for a last-minute surprise. He even did the set up by himself in blazing heat with no help since it was a last minute request. Good heart & even better customer service.

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY! Dan is a con-artist! He was super sweet from the beginning but boy after he got my money it went straight business -BAD BUSINESS! He said I received a discount- I'd hate to see full price. So contract says BACK YARD, (not to mention all the verbal promises he made about leaving it all day Sunday as well) he put it in the front yard without asking, and without even knocking on the door (at like 8am) to ask if that was ok and refused to come back and place it in the proper place. So he gives me instructions to move it on my own. Me and my husband both drug it to the back yard, hurting our backs and shoulders. That thing weighed 300 lbs or more! Once we get it up in the back yard we noticed that it was FILTHY !!!! He returns to my house at 10:00 Sunday morning in a hurry and cant talk...how convenient..HA! When I asked him about all his promises he says he doesn't want to argue and proceeds to wrap up and leave. When my husband asked him if his workers were documented, he scooted outta here. Don't put your event at risk by dealing with this guy!

We recently used Clownin' Around to rent a cotton candy machine for a FRG event. It was very LAST MINUTE and the week of Halloween! Dan was more than professional to work with. He was timely in responding. Easy pick-up and drop-off. Will definitely use again in the future.

This guy is completely unprofessional and seriously has no customer service skills AT ALL. Luckily, he picked a business that has a high demand for his product, therefore is able to stay in business. We purchased a groupon voucher for $100 for $200 worth of clownin around goods. I called to inquire about a bounce house for the weekend and got quoted a price of $199, talked to my husband about it overnight, my husband called back the next day to set it up and was quoted a price of $167. At the end of the conversation, my husband was told that clownin around would not be able to honor a groupon voucher at the last minute. I caledl back confused, wondering why I was told $199, my husband was told $167 and why I paid for a groupon voucher that this company wouldn't even accept. The owner ended up telling me he would accept the groupon in the future and that he wasn't going to do back flips and jump through hoops to accommodate me and that I know nothing about planning in advance seeing as I was calling him the day before my event wanting a bounce house. Unbelievable. I ended up calling Jolly Jumps and paid half the price of clownin around and got much better customer service. Groupon refunded the money I paid. I do not recommend these clowns to anyone!!!
