We had a great experience with Boca Party Rentals! They arrived exactly on the scheduled day and set up the water slide quickly and smoothly. The next day, they came right on time to pick everything up. We were very happy with the service — thanks to them, the birthday party was a big success! Amazing customer service!!! I decided to add a water slide last minute to my little girls party due to the weather and just wanted to keep the kids busy and happy. They were able to recommend a slide very quickly. Even came out to double check the size of my space just to be sure it would fit and this was on very little notice! I was so appreciative of their last minute help. Made the party so much more fun! Don’t hesitate to call these awesome people!

I specifically loved the huge variety of party essentials this company offers so it was a no brainer when I chose them. I’m truly grateful for the great service they provided us during our event. Our bounce house and snow cone machine arrived a day early so there was no rushing involved on the day of the event which was a major plus for me and obviously the kids as well. I definitely appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to provide anything for the bounce house or the snow cone machine as the syrup and cone holders were provided in a nicely sealed packaging. From the beginning of the process (inquiring about bounce houses and specials) to drop off and pickup was absolute A+ professionalism which is very hard to find and when I couldn’t find what I initially wanted, I was quickly shown multiple other options that still went perfectly with the theme of my daughter’s party. This party rental company almost makes me want to have an adult bounce house for my birthday because they offer so many options so I just know they’re going to remain in my contacts for a long time for any event that I may be keeping that requires a bounce house, tables/chairs, snow cone machine or cotton candy machine or any other party essentials you could think of. I definitely would recommend them to anyone I know looking for party fun. Thanks for a great time. Keep doing great work and providing great variety!

We had an amazing experience working with bounce right back. The customer service is friendly and efficient.Stephanie is so kind. Set up was super fast and professional. The waterslide was clean and very obviously well maintained. They arrived on time to set up and break down our party and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. Will definitely only be using this company from now on.

Amazing experience I highly recommend! Owners are great people too. Everything was so easy, as they handle all setup and take down, so the kids had an absolute blast! Not to mention, I had asked for this last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Couldn’t thank them enough!!
